I'll never forget back in 2002 or 2003 on one of my Seattle trips that I was up on the space needle on the observatory deck and people were gathering around some tall guy. Back then, I didn't even know who Bill O'Reilly was but there he was taking pictures with people in the rain overlooking Seattle.
