Gameday Thread - Seahawks vs Saints 11.21.10

that was a horse$%^& "roughing the passer" call back there... and was a costly one at that :x

The Seahawks offense has come to play today... "The Beast" had a couple drops there though

Hass certainly has it going today ... but so does Brees

Yet another game where we have to play against the refs too. There "timely" calls and no calls are making this impossible.

unreal

Normally, when trailing by 18 in the fourth, I'd be pissed. But for some reason, I'm encouraged. N.O. is just playing awesome today. Mistakes we are making are correctable. We're moving the ball. We've had a few tough breaks. yes, I know I sound a little polly-anna-ish, but I see some things I think we can build on.

I actually do agree with this, we all knew NO was gonna be a tough game, but there are some mistakes that are able to be fixed

on a side note, everyone else in our division is losing so at least that helps ease the pain a little

We've got to do something about the Red Zone offense ... man Beastmode must really be down on himself. I guess you can't blame the OC for not wanting to give him the ball (at least today) down there and have a third fumble squirt outta there. Where's Big Mack when you need him ... we've got to address a smash-your-face-in type of full back to add some POP to our Red Zone offense.

There are some things to build on from this game ... but we really need to figure out why we weren't able to keep them from converting those third and longs ... that stuff sucked the life out of our defense. If we get someone to third and long, we should be getting the ball back on the next snap.

Dog gone it and no pancakes this week.

so many thoughts on this one...

why do we continue to throw on 3rd/4th and short...especially in the red zone...run the damn ball

on that note...why don't we have a fullback to enable that short yardage running

beast mode??? sorry....today it was bitch mode...and he wasn't pleased either...at the end of the game he made his longest run of the night...from the bench straight to the dressing room...I know you're pissed about your performance and being benched, but keep it classy and shake hands after the game

when BMW got on the cart to go to the dressing room, that sucked.

losing Trufant early also really sucked

Hass....hot damn!!! 366 against a team that was averaging 166. Thank you!

oh and answer me this....3 seconds left in the quarter and 14 left on the play clock...why in the hell did we call time out?!!!!
