with the heart and passion the Hawks were showin, the game was over at kickoff, I didn't see any heart. I saw alot of mistakes, alot of bad play calling, bad execution,

stupid penalties. What game were you watching?

I saw a team that coulda won had the qb not shot his team in the foot consistently. Defense hung in as long as they could, but poor decisions by Hass doomed this team.

Sorry, Hass, but I'm pissed.

Yeah, I sorta agree, but I think if Hass makes better decisions (especially on the first drive at the Denver 5+/- yard line) and gets 7 points............it's a different game altogether. I think it started with his play on the field and everything else just snowballed from there. Defense on the field too long, not kicking the field goal and throwwing THAT pass to the end zone!!!???, what was the hell was that???

You could say I was just a little too jacked for this game after last week.............really, I probably would've rather lost in OT than the way it went down, today. But hey, gotta love to see the enthusiasm from Carroll and, IMO, the d-line played a solid game for the second week in a row.............that's huge, no pun intended.

I couln't agree more with both of those observations, especially the pass on 4th and 2 into the end zone against Champ Bailey, who called that play?

I blame Hasselbeck for this. 3 interceptions and throwing long out of the back of the end zone on a 4th and 2 play. This guy is over the hill and with this season being a waste anyway, why not put Whitehurst in next week? No pass rush from the D, 10 yard cushions by the corners, couldn't get off the field on 3rd down, too many stupid penalites (at least 2 false starts on Andrews, at least one hold on Locklear, offsides on Curry--whom I'm thinking more and more is a bust, 15 yard late hit penalty on Tatupu), a fumbled punt by Thurmond (great decision to turn PR over to Tate though), Spencer knocks Forsett down from behind, Mike Williams not involved in the offense at all after big plays last week, abandoned the run way too soon...and how long before this coaching staff figures out that Julius Jones sucks and should never be on the field?
