The dilemma: while I have little faith that Charlie can get in done against a first string defense, I think T-Jack's performance has been pathetic. I don't want to hear about the line... make a read... make a pass. If you can't do that, then sit down.

On a positive note, my grumpiness scored me a free beer. ;)

TJ had another good game tonight given the circumstances, its obvious that he's not the problem on offense. Its the O line, when they gave him decent protection, TJ made the plays its just that simple. Defense looked good as well, really surprised by that actually cause I didnt' think they'd improve that much this year but so far it looks like they've taken several steps forward.

You're joking, right? Hope you have the game on DVR. TJ is timid and not anticipating WR's breaks. Yes the line needs work. But there are plays to be made, and he's not making them. He's got two weeks to go to show he's not a worthless piece of crap.

He doesn't have the time to anticipate. He doesn't even have the time for a three step drop, by the time his receivers break coverage TJ is already on the ground. His protection is insanely bad right now. It doesn't matter if Peyton Manning himself were playing behind that line, no QB will succeed in that situation. He only had a handful of plays in that game before the end of the third quarter when he was given enough time for him to make a throw, and he took advantage of it. On that last drive he had no pressure on him, TJ walked right down that field and made it look easy.

And even so, I'm impressed that he hasn't been throwing INTs or fumbling the ball, so he at least handles the pressure well.
